Let's Talk About sex (Women's Circle)
Whether you’re straight, gay, or somewhere in between, women’s sexuality often gets boxed into expectations: being desirable, meeting standards, or not being discussed at all. In this circle, we’ll toss those outdated ideas out the window and have open, judgment-free conversations about what sexuality means for you as a woman. Whether it’s about desires, intimacy, or insecurities, we’ll explore how to experience your sexuality on your own terms – without it being about pleasing others or ticking societal boxes.
Women’s sexuality is often wrapped in expectations to look or behave a certain way, but what happens when we go deeper? In this session, we’ll explore the richness of female sexuality with openness and plenty of humor. We’ll talk about desires, insecurities, and how we can reclaim our sex lives – not for validation or perfection, but for our own pleasure and empowerment. Spoiler: it’s not about meeting anyone else’s expectations.

Success and Status Anxiety (Women's Circle)
Whether it’s about who can multitask the most, who’s rocking the best outfit, or who’s crushing their inbox the fastest—many women unknowingly find themselves in a sort of competition. But honestly, why? And with whom? In this session, we’ll poke fun at the pressure to always perform and explore how status anxiety and the drive to succeed affect our relationships and self-image. We’ll laugh at the ridiculousness of constantly comparing ourselves and discover how to find true satisfaction without feeling like we’re stuck in an endless race.
Let’s face it, who really wins when you’re trying to be the best version of yourself and the woman next door every single day? We’ll talk about why this invisible competition is utterly absurd, how to stop playing the “who’s juggling more balls” game, and how to draw strength from genuine connections. Because, honestly, who’s keeping score? Hint: absolutely no one!
