It’s not so much about eliminating the ego, but rather understanding and balancing its role. The ego is the part of us that focuses on self-preservation, pride, and control. It can protect us, for instance, by giving us confidence or motivating us to pursue goals.
However, when the ego becomes too dominant, it can hinder us from feeling and expressing emotions. It creates a wall, as it perceives vulnerability as a threat.
So, should we get rid of the ego? No, not entirely. The ego has a function, but it’s important to learn when it’s useful and when it’s holding us back. In this session, we will explore how we can let the ego work in conjunction with our emotions instead of suppressing them. It’s all about balance: learning when to harness our ego to strengthen ourselves and when to let it go to make deeper connections with ourselves and others. The ego is that voice that tells you you’re always right but also that you’re too cool to be vulnerable. Should we really let go of our ego? Nope! It’s time to learn how to use your ego as your sidekick instead of your enemy. We’ll explore how to stop fighting against your emotions and instead tame your ego so that it serves you – not the other way around.

Whether you’re straight, gay, or somewhere in between, sexuality is often boxed into categories: performance, meeting expectations, or simply not being discussed. Here, we’ll throw those boxes out the window and have open, judgment-free conversations about what sexuality really means for men. Whether it’s about desires, intimacy, or insecurities, we’ll explore how to experience your sexuality on your own terms – without it being about who scores the most points in bed.
Men and sexuality are often reduced to performance pressure and “man up” behavior. But what if we dive deeper? In this session, we’ll explore the depths of male sexuality. We’ll talk openly (and with plenty of humor) about desires, insecurities, and how we can redefine our sex lives without the constant pressure to perform. Spoiler: it’s not just about winning in the bedroom.

Whether you’re straight, gay, or somewhere in between, women’s sexuality often gets boxed into expectations: being desirable, meeting standards, or not being discussed at all. In this circle, we’ll toss those outdated ideas out the window and have open, judgment-free conversations about what sexuality means for you as a woman. Whether it’s about desires, intimacy, or insecurities, we’ll explore how to experience your sexuality on your own terms – without it being about pleasing others or ticking societal boxes.
Women’s sexuality is often wrapped in expectations to look or behave a certain way, but what happens when we go deeper? In this session, we’ll explore the richness of female sexuality with openness and plenty of humor. We’ll talk about desires, insecurities, and how we can reclaim our sex lives – not for validation or perfection, but for our own pleasure and empowerment. Spoiler: it’s not about meeting anyone else’s expectations.

Whether it’s about who can multitask the most, who’s rocking the best outfit, or who’s crushing their inbox the fastest—many women unknowingly find themselves in a sort of competition. But honestly, why? And with whom? In this session, we’ll poke fun at the pressure to always perform and explore how status anxiety and the drive to succeed affect our relationships and self-image. We’ll laugh at the ridiculousness of constantly comparing ourselves and discover how to find true satisfaction without feeling like we’re stuck in an endless race.
Let’s face it, who really wins when you’re trying to be the best version of yourself and the woman next door every single day? We’ll talk about why this invisible competition is utterly absurd, how to stop playing the “who’s juggling more balls” game, and how to draw strength from genuine connections. Because, honestly, who’s keeping score? Hint: absolutely no one!
