Self-knowledge matters so much because only with an accurate sense of who we are, can we make reliable decisions. Particularly around love and work.
Self-knowledge is deceptive though, often we are blinded by beliefs formed in our past.
Or maybe we are scared to admit who we really are. I would love to guide you on the road to self-discovery: an adventurous journey. Genuine self-knowledge can make life a lot more interesting, manageable, light and fun. Because only then will you understand what truly, deeply drives you.
Every topic is an exciting one. Often your first reason to contact me is just the starting point to an unknown destination. Self-knowledge is the key to a lighter life! A life that you can embrace with gratitude.
Combined individual with couples counseling
I also offer the possibility to combine individual coaching with couples counseling. Very often, personal patterns, fears or unresolved pain directly influence the dynamic within a relationship and vice versa. I like to keep the work grounded, clear and human, with space for humor and lightness where possible, without becoming vague or overly spiritual.
I see relationships as a powerful sharpening stone for personal growth. It is within connection that our patterns become visible and real transformation becomes possible, both individually and together.
That is why I sometimes work one on one with a client as well as with the couple together. It requires honesty, courage and a willingness to truly look at what is happening beneath the surface. Is it challenging at times? Absolutely. But that is also where my strength lies.
I am highly skilled in recognizing underlying patterns, creating emotional safety and guiding conversations that lead to real change and deeper connection.
