The retreat takes place at Los Enamorados on Ibiza, surrounded by nature, silence and the sea. It is designed as an intimate and safe space where there is room for depth, honesty, softness, laughter and transformation.
The days will include workshops, practical communication exercises, embodiment work, sharing circles, reflection, beautiful dinners and time to rest, swim and reconnect with yourself. Everything is created to support deeper awareness, connection and lasting change.

Where you will stay
Our retreat takes place at the iconic Los Enamorados in the north of Ibiza, one of those rare places that instantly makes you exhale. Hidden in a small fisherman’s bay, this boutique hotel is effortlessly stylish, soulful and full of character. Think Mediterranean charm, vintage design, slow mornings, salt in the air and the feeling that time moves differently here.
Los Enamorados is not your typical luxury hotel. It feels intimate, creative and deeply alive. Every detail has been curated with taste and personality, creating an atmosphere that is both grounding and inspiring at the same time.
During the retreat, this becomes the perfect backdrop for real connection and transformation. Mornings start with incredible breakfasts in the soft Ibiza light, followed by workshops, circles and conscious communication practices. The food throughout the retreat is exceptional and specially created for us with fresh Mediterranean flavors and nourishing ingredients.
In between sessions there is space to swim in crystal clear water, go snorkeling, diving or explore the coastline by canoe. There is time for massages, slow afternoons in the sun, beautiful conversations and simply enjoying the magic of Ibiza.
And of course, there will be moments to celebrate too. Sunset rooftop dinners, music, laughter and a beautiful rooftop party under the stars.

Workshop starts at 11am until 4pm (healthy luxurious lunch and drinks included)
I work with small groups with a maximum of 8 people. Participants are age 18 and above, all genders are welcome. To be able to create the right group dynamic I handle a minimum of 3 participants for the workshop to take place. I’ll contact you timely if changes in the schedule occur.
